This is an interesting and seldom seen combination bullet seater and capper. The tool is in three parts; however, when new they came with a base plate for stabilization during seating of bullets (as shown in the advertisement below) and a decapping pin. Using the capper is a slow process which requires running the screw threaded anvil in and out for each cartridge. This specimen is marked simply 44-W. Some of these tools were made with an overall larger architecture such as this one in 45-60-W.........or this one in 50-GOVT.

Here is one example of the most commonly encountered style of BGI bullet mold. Similar molds may be seen in several sizes; most are marked as being manufactured by the Bridgeport Gun Implement Company or BGI. This mold has red enameled handles and is in 50 caliber. Several sizes of similar molds are seen fairly frequently.
