The early BGI molds with gracefully curved handles came in at least two sizes. The middle frame along the bottom in this composite image shows the standard large rifle mold alongside the smaller variant. The smaller mold is in 32 caliber and casts a flat-nosed bullet; presumably for the 32-20 Winchester cartridge. Like its big brother, the smaller mold is nicely finished and deeply blued. This particular example has neither manufacturer nor caliber markings on it.
