Is this mold a Colt product? It is somewhat remniscent of a single cavity Paterson mold. However, the fact that it is for 50 caliber suggests it may have been made for a revolving rifle. The only known Paterson gang mold has a longitudinal trough down the top of the sprue cutter plate. No markings are seen on this one.
