Here is a composite image of the so-called "third model Browning tool". Art Gogan and Fred Selman presented an excellent review and analysis of these tools in an article entitled, "The Browning Bros. Loading Tools", published in Man at Arms, volume 15, number 6 (November-December 1993) p. 24-31. At the time that article was written, only three "third model" tools were known to the authors; one in 40-70, one in 45-70 and one not identified as to caliber. The 40-70 tool was nicely illustrated in an article by R. Stephen Dorsey, in volume 30 of The Gun Report, entitled "Antique Loading Tools, Part II-Nutcracker Style Loading Tools", June 1984, p. 50-54. The tool shown below has come to light since publication of the Gogan/Selman article...it represents the fourth known example. The removable die, which would normally protrude from the larger diameter hole on the side, is missing from this one. The tool is unmarked except for caliber. Browning Bros tools are rarely encountered in any model.
