As most of you probably know, Ron Shipman will be assuming duties of webmaster beginning on February 1st. Over the past few months I have had a number of requests from club members to provide a CD containing the website material. Therefore, I thought I would go ahead and make a CD which contains the material on the website as of January 31st in addition to all the archives from the message board. I am not a professional "computer person", but will do my best to make the CD useful and complete.

As I see it, the CD might be useful in two ways. First, it would contain material posted on the message board that has been archived and is no longer available for viewing. And, secondly, it would make viewing or printing of images MUCH faster, especially for those of us who have to access the internet with a slow dial-up modem.

I plan on making the CD on or about February 1st and will need to know how many to make.   If you are a paid member of the ARTCA and would like to receive an absolutely free copy of the CD, please email me with the following information:

1. Your name.
2. The mailing address where you would like the CD delivered.

You will need to request your ABSOLUTELY FREE CD NO LATER THAN midnight January 31st, 2003. Any requests for website support after that should be sent to our new webmaster. Thanks!
