This Winchester 1894 tool in 42 Russian shows the Berdan chisel which is only seen on tools in very selected calibers. Notice the milled slot for the cartridge rim on the top surface of the tool.
And here is the corresponding bullet mold. Notice the slight indentation at the base of the bullet. Presumably that was to allow a little more space for the paper patch to wrap around the edge of the bullet.
