Here are four different Winchester fourth model molds; each has a 45-60 caliber marking and the bullet profiles are essentially identical. However, the molds show four different configurations as follows:
- Left: "Small", apparently hand-stamped caliber marking with no block alignment pin, and no Winchester markings.
- Second from left: Evenly stamped, "standard sized" caliber marking with neither alignment pin nor Winchester markings.
- Third from left: Evenly stamped, "standard sized" caliber marking with Winchester markings seen on the side of the right block.
- Right: Evenly stamped, "standard sized" caliber marking with both Winchester markings on the side of the block, and block alignment pin.
